摘要
对管理时尚生命周期的研究可以分为3种观点:终结论、雁形模式论和循环论,它们只是对管理时尚生命周期特征的粗略描述与解释。基于战略视角将企业对管理时尚的采用与企业的经营战略结合起来,对管理时尚的演化机制进行了重新解释并提出了相应的建议。
Study on the life cycle of management fashion yet can be divided into three viewpoints: the terminative theory, the wild goose shape mode theory and the circular theory. They are ouly the sketchy description and explanation to the characteristics of management fashion's life cycle. This thesis synthesized enterprises' application of management fashion and their business strategy from the perspective of competitive strategy, then reexplained the evolutive mechanism of management fashion and put forward the corresponding proposals.
