大量地使用外稿,使其所占比率不断攀升,是目前高校学报一种值得我们警惕的发展趋势。外稿的持续攀升固然有若干的客观必然,但单纯以转载率、影响率为目的追求外稿,将会导致学报迷失办刊宗旨、缺失稳定的作者队伍、丧失自己的读者市场,走向一条恶性循环的不归路。

The soaring percentage of articles from the non-staff in the university journals of China is an alarming tendency. Admittedly, this tendency is somewhat an inevitable result with its objective causes. However, this tendency resulting from a desire for a greater reference and influence index will mislead these journals and cause the loss of a stable team of authors and readers, that is, a hopeless vicious cycle.
