摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定脑得生片中葛根素的含量,以控制该制剂的质量。方法柱为Agilent EclipseXDB—C18(4.6×250mm,51μm);以水-甲醇-乙腈溶液(76:20:4)为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长为250nm。结果方法的平均加样回收率为102.0%,RSD=0.62%(n=9)。葛根素在0.032-2.03μg进样量范围内,进样量与吸收面积值呈良好的线性关系R=1.000。结论本方法测定脑得生片中葛根素的含量,结果准确,重复性好。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of puerarin in Naodesheng tablets by HPLC. METHODS Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 × 250mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of water-methanol-acetonitrile ( 76: 20: 4) , the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The wavelength of detection was set at 250nm and the column temperature was at 25℃. RESULTS The linear range of puerarin was 0. 032 - 2. 031μg with the correlation coefficient 1. 000. The average recovery was 102.0%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
