摘要
【目的】探讨急性脑梗塞与血脂、血糖、血尿酸含量变化的关系。【方法】对55例急性脑梗塞患者与55例健康体检者的血脂、血糖、血尿酸的含量测定结果进行比较,并进行Logistic回归分析。【结果】两组的血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(Apo-A)、载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05),而低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、血糖(Glu)、血尿酸(UA)的含量有显著性差异(P<0.01)。条件Logistic分析结果说明,血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、血糖(Glu)、血尿酸(UA)水平的升高与急性脑梗塞的发病呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),且血糖作为危险因素的优势比相对较高。【结论】血脂、血糖、血尿酸含量变化与急性脑梗塞的发生关系密切。
[Objective] To explore the relationship of blood lipid, blood glucose and blood uric acid levels with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). [Methods] Blood lipid, blood glucose and blood uric acid levels in 55 patients with ACI were compared with those in 55 healthy volunteers who received physical examination. And then a Logistic regression analysis was carried out. [ Results] There were no significant differences between the serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apoprotein A (Apo-A) and apoprotein B (Apo-B) in both groups (P 〉 0.05), but the difference of serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), glucose (Glu) and uric acid (UA) levels was significant (P 〈 0.01). The results of conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of serum LDL-C, Glu and UA levels was positively correlated with the incidence of ACI (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01), and Glu was the risk factor. [Conclusion] The changes of blood lipid, blood glucose and blood uric acid levels have a relation with the incidence of ACI.
