摘要
概述了知识管理的基本涵义,指出一般所说的知识是显性的知识,而人的经验与认识是隐性的知识。知识管理是为了寻找显性和隐性知识的共存的平台与机制。通过与传统模式的对比,以及从社会意义和经济效益等多个方面进行考虑,论证了图书馆实施知识管理的必要性,叙述了知识管理在图书馆中的应用及对图书馆管理创新的启示。
This paper summarizes the basic concept of Knowledge Management. The aim of carrying the knowledge management into execution is to find a platform for the co-existing of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Through the comparison with traditional management patterns, the paper proves the necessary to put knowledge management in practice in library in both aspects of social affect and economic benefit. And it also presents the revelation to library management innovation.
