针刺加激光照射治疗面肌痉挛临床观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture plus laser radiation for treatment of facial spasm

目的:寻找一种治疗面肌痉挛方便、安全的有效方法。方法:将390例面肌痉挛患者按入院先后顺序分为两组,药物组200例,给予常规药物治疗;针刺激光组190例,采用针刺加激光照射治疗。两组均治疗30天后总结疗效。结果:针刺激光组总有效率93·7%,治愈率64·7%,6个月复发率6·7%;药物组总有效率62·0%,治愈率32·0%,6个月复发率33·9%。两组疗效比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论:针刺加激光照射是治疗面肌痉挛方便、安全的有效方法。

Objective To search for a convenient, safe and effective method for treatment of facial spasm. Methids Three hundred and ninety cases of facial spasm were divided into 2 groups in order of visiting： medication group of 200 cases were treated with routine medicine, and acupuncture and laser treatment group of 190 cases treated with acupuncture plus laser radiation. After treatment of 30 days, their therapeutic effects were summarized. Resuits The total effective rate, the cured rate and the 6-month recurrence rate were 93.7%, 64. 7%, 6.7% in the acupuncture and laser treatment group, and the corresponding figures were 62. 0%, 32. 0% and 33.9% in the medication group respectively, with a very significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus laser radiation is a convenient and safe method for treatment of facial spasm.
