摘要 利用可见近红外连续透射光谱技术(650~900 nm)对苹果内部褐变进行了研究.分析了其光谱特性,选择715 nm,750 nm,810 nm 3个特征波长进行了褐变果判别分析,实验结果表明,样品的正确判别率达到95.65%.另外,还讨论了苹果尺寸大小对检测结果的影响. The internal breakdowns of apples were detected by visible-near infrared spectroscopy (650 nm-900 nm). By analyzing the spectra of the apples, three wave numbers, 715 nm, 750 nm, and 810 nm were selected as the character wave numbers, the correct probability of classification was 95.65% by using the above-mentioned three wave numbers. And the influence of the apple size for the classification probability was also studied.
