摘要
大学生的择业观对择业行为具有导向作用,正确的择业观是大学生实现成功就业的前提。当前大学生择业观呈现出择业的主体意识明显增强、择业倾向多样化、择业期望值居高不下等特点。通过对大学生择业观方面存在问题的深入分析,可探寻出引导大学生转变择业观的基本思路。
College stude rect ones are the premise for tics of remarkable enhancem nts＇ views of job-choosing are guidance to their job-choosing, and the corsuccessful employment. Presently their job-choosing views show characterisent of subject consciousness, the diversity of job-choosing inclinations and the ever-high expectations. A profound analysis of the existing problems results in basic approaches to guiding their change of job-choosing views.
