Progress in Research into Familial Dilated Cardiomyopathy

家族性扩张型心肌病占所有扩张型心肌病的比例达20％～48％，但在国内尚未引起充分重视。现就其近年来在临床表现型、基因型及诊断和治疗方面的最新进展进行综述。

Dilated cardiomyopathy occurring in families, or familial dilated cardiomyopathy （FDCM） , may occur in 20% to 48% of dilated cardiomyopathy DCM cases. However, FDCM has received relatively little attention in China. This article reviews the recent progress of research into clinical phenotypes, genotypes, diagnosis and treatment related to FDCM.
