摘要
双边市场是近年来兴起于西方经济学界的产业组织理论方向的热点之一,双边市场的中介平台一般有注册费、交易费、两步收费制等三种常见的定价方式。本文建立了模型研究了这三种定价方式对于垄断平台、竞争平台的利润和福利的影响,研究发现“不对称定价”现象对于平台企业是普遍和理性的行为,同时平台采用注册费竞争具有较大的优势,并分析了平台差异化策略和两边用户的组间网络外部性强度对于平台利润和社会福利的影响。
Two-sided markets theory is one of the hotspots of industrial organization theories of recent years, platform of two-sided market has three kinds of pricing mode: subscription fee, transaction fee and two-part tariff. This article builds a model to find out how the three pricing mode affects profits and social welfare of monopolized and competing platforms, the resuits show that "unsymmetrical pricing strategy" is universal and rational behavior of platform corporations, and platform will hold advantage position when using subscription fee mode. The article still analyses the effects of platform differentiation strate- gy and network externalities parameters to platform profits and social welfare.
