G-CSF对洛伐他汀诱导的K562细胞内酸碱度及凋亡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG—CSF)广泛用于防治放化疗后的粒细胞减少,但G—CSF可以抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡。已有研究报道,细胞内碱性化,即细胞内酸碱度(pHi)值升高可以使DNA合成增加,细胞增殖,同时抑制细胞凋亡。我们对G—CSF在洛伐他汀(LOV)诱导K562细胞凋亡作用中的影响及其机制进行了初步探讨。
