摘要 介绍了导热橡胶的研究现状,综述了导热绝缘与导热非绝缘橡胶导热性能及导热模型的研究进展,重点讨论了金属氧化物、碳化物、氮化物、金属粉、炭黑及各类碳材料填充导热橡胶的研究进展。 Thermally conductive rubbers were summarized. Progress in filled thermally and electrically conducting rubbers and thermally conductive and electrically insulative rubbers were reviewed with 35 references. The thermally conductive rubbers filled with various particles, such as oxide of metal,nitride, carbide, metal powder, carbon black and material containing carbon were discussed in detaiL .
