摘要
以金柑(品种金弹)果实为试材,通过正交试验和综合评判确定了臭氧处理的最佳方案:用25mg/m^3的臭氧,湿度为85%,3次/d的处理方法,在温度范围为2.5~17℃的温度下取得了很好的保鲜效果,有效地延缓了果实的成熟衰老。
The optimum conditions of ozone treatment was determined through orthogonal test and integrational judgement, using Kumquat( Fortunella Crassifolia Swingle) as experimentation material. Better freshkeeping result and delayed maturation and senescence of fruit effectual were gotten at the condition of the content of ozone 25 mg/m^3 , humidity 85%, the treatment 3 times per day, at the range of temperature 2.5~17℃.
