摘要
应用发射光谱法一次性同时测定了人发样品中Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Pb七种元素含量。选用含5%SiO2的光谱纯石墨粉作基体配制人工标准,样品放于570℃马福炉中灰化,加入以石墨粉为主体的缓冲剂,Sb、Pd为内标,光谱法测定,使用国家人发标准样校正标准曲线,以保证分析结果的准确度,经10多万份样品分析,方法稳定可靠。
The emission spectrometry is adopted for one-off determining seven elements Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn, and Pb in the human hair sample at the same time. This method selected 5 % SiO2 pure spectnun graphite powder for a basic confect standard. A sample will put into 570℃ electrothermal stove to incinerate, and then add into the graphite powder that is the main alleviant. Sb and Pd are inner standards. The determination of emission spectrometry uses the national human hair standard curve for emendation in order to ensure the veracity of analysis result. This method experimented by more than a hundred thousand samples analysis, so it is a trusted and stable method.
