紫茉莉根挥发油成分分析

Study on Chemical Compounds from the Root of Mirabilis jalapa

为鉴定紫茉莉根挥发油的化学成分,按2000年版中国药典规定的方法提取挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析了紫茉莉根挥发油的化学成分。结果表明,从紫茉莉根中提得0.12%的挥发油,鉴定了其中23种化合物,这些成分均为首次从紫茉莉根中分离鉴定,为进一步研究紫茉莉根的化学成分提供有益的补充。

To investigate the chemical constituents of the essential oil from the root of Mirabilis jalapa L, the essential oil of Mirabilis jalapa L was extracted by water distillation method and its chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatograph - mass spectrometer. The result showed that 0.12% essential oil was extracted from the root of Mirabilis jalapa L. Total 23 compounds were isolated and identified. It concluded the 23 compounds were isolated and identified first time, and they were different with the compounds of floral essential oil.
