读者工作是图书馆一切工作的出发点和归宿,要搞好读者工作,就要重视读者调查工作。了解读者心理和想法,为读者提供方便、快捷和实用的服务。本文就读者调查的作用和内容及方法作了阐述,通过读者调查工作找出读者需求与图书馆工作之间的差距,便于改进图书馆服务手段和方式。参考文献2。
Readers service serves as the start and end- result of all the work in library, which can be offered well only when the readers survey has been emphasized. Only when readers' mentality and thoughts are understood can the convenient, fast and useful service be offered. This paper narrates the content, role and method of the readers survey and tries to seek differences between readers' needs and the library work through readers survey in order to improve the serving means and methods of the library. 2 Refs.
