漆前常温条件下的锌系磷化液制备

Studies on Zinc-System Phosphate Solution at Room Temperature

开发了一种在5～40 ℃条件下使用的钢铁表面漆前处理锌系磷化液.该磷化液由氧化锌、磷酸、六水硝酸锌、成膜助剂、促进剂浓度构成.所获得的磷化膜连续、均匀致密,膜重约1.5～ 2.9 g·m-2、耐蚀性和附着力好.

A new zinc-system phosphate solution is used for steel surface pretreatment before plating between 5℃ and 40℃. This phosphate solution is made up of ZnO, H3PO4, Zn（N03 ）2·6H2O, filming agent and accelerant solution. The film is well-proportioned and compact. At the same time, the film＇s corrosion and attachment are good. Its weight is up to 2.9 gram per square meter.
