7种中草药提取物对猪链球菌的体外抑菌试验

Experimental Research on Anti-bacterial Effect of 7 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Streptococcus suis in vitro

为了观察中草药对猪链球菌的体外抑菌效果,将所选中草药按常规法制备水提取物、醇提取物,用试管2倍稀释法检测中草药水提物、醇提物对猪链球菌的体外抑菌作用。结果表明,所选7种中草药对猪链球菌均具有一定的抑菌作用,其中黄连醇提物的抗菌活性最强,仙鹤草、地锦草醇提物抗菌活性较强,板蓝根、马齿苋醇提物抗菌活性较弱。

Water-and ethonal-extracts from 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were obtained with normal methods, and their antibacterial effects on Streptococcus suis were determined by the method of tube dilution, The results were the following： All of the 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicinal extracts had in vitro anti- bacterial effects on Streptococcus suis. Minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC） of Coptidis Rhizorna was the lowest （≤15 mg/ml）, showing the most significant bacterium-restraining effect. The ethonal extracts of Agrirnonia Pilosa Ledeb and Herba Euphorbiae hurnifusae also showed good inhibiting potential. The results could be influenced by extracting methods.
