摘要
采用四种表面活性剂体系,包括硅酮系表面活性剂DC193、非硅酮系表面活性剂吐温-80、DC193与吐温-80复配体系,以及JFC复配体系,研究了不同表面活性剂体系对酚醛泡沫性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用DC193与吐温-80复配体系时,泡沫的综合性能最好。采用SEM观察了泡沫的孔结构,还进一步研究了DC193与吐温-80复配体系的用量对泡沫表观密度和吸水率的影响,并简单分析了机理。
Four types of surfactants, including silicone series DC-193, non-silicone series Tween-80, the compounded surfactant of DC-193 with Tween-80, and the compounded surfactant of JFC, were applied to foamed phenolics. The influence of each of the mentioned surfactants on the property of foamed phenolics was studied. The results showed that the comprehensive properties of the foamed phenolics were the best when the compounded surfactant of DC-193 with Tween-80 was used. SEM was used to analysis the configuration of the foamed phenolics. The influence of the content of the compounded surfactant of DC-193 with Tween-80 on the apparent density and water absorption of the foamed phenolics was studied, and the mechanism of the effect was analyzed briefly.
