摘要
在现代飞机的设计和制造过程中,结构强度试验是一个不可缺少的重要环节,对试验的要求也愈来愈高。就此目的本文介绍一套用于飞机结构强度试验的多点协调加载系统,该系统主要由计算机控制部分、模拟控制器、液压伺服系统、液压动力源四部分组成,并在文中给出了系统框图和控制程序框图。该系统能满足飞机结构的静力,疲劳,耐久性试验的要求,且结构简单,安全可靠,经济实用。
In the design and manufacture process of modern aircarft, the strength experiments of the aircarft are very important. In this paper, the loading test system of multiplex concordant for the strength experiments of aircarft structure is developed and the system & control programme block diagrams also are given. The system is consist of computer control, analouge controller, hydraulic servo control and hydraulic power supplies. The system can be used in static, fatigue and duration test of aircarft structures with simple,safe,economic device. Some problems in the design and adjustment are discussed.
