摘要
稻瘟病是由子囊菌Magnaporthegrisea(Hebert)Barr.(其无性世代为Pyriculariagrisea(Cooke)Sacc.)引起的广泛发生在世界各稻区的最主要的水稻病害之一,每年给水稻生产造成严重的损失。本实验利用7个稻瘟病菌系对籼型恢复系云恢290进行稻瘟病抗性的田间注射鉴定,结果表明云恢290对7个菌系均表现为抗性;云恢290对四川-43菌系的稻瘟病抗性表现为单基因控制的显性性状。
Rice blast disease, caused by fungal pathogen Pyrcularia grisea Sacc., is one of the most serious disease in rice (Oryza sativa L.) worldwide. Great losses of yield in rice are suffered from it every year. The characteristics of blast resistance on Yunhui290 were identified with 7 sWains (Pyrcularia grisea Sacc.) from Sichuan province in China. The results showed that Yunhui290 was blast resistant to the 7 strains. The dominant character of blast resistance to Sichuan43 was controlled by single gene in Yunhui290 according to Mendelian segregation.
