摘要
用溅射Pt薄膜成功地探测了低功率He-Ne激光加热样品的表面温度变化,结合锁相技术,该系统能分辨的最小温度变化为10-5℃.
By using sputtered Pt thin films,small changes of surface temperature induced by He-Ne laser are successfully recorded.Using the lock-in tecknique,the smallest temperature variation,which can be measured in this system,is 10-5℃.
