净化天然气制乙炔的废硫酸处理利用研究 被引量:6

摘要 中石化某厂用天然气制乙炔,经N-甲基吡咯烷酮提浓净化后,再用98%H2SO4净化得高浓度的乙炔气。而硫酸成为埘(H2SO4)=86%~87%的废硫酸,其中含有多种有机物,是一种黑色黏糊状物,带刺鼻酸味,发出恶臭,严重影响环境,给运输和利用造成极大困难。为利用该废硫酸进行了实验研究,用活性吸附剂(高表面积吸附剂)吸附,除去了废硫酸中的恶臭,并将此硫酸用于生产过磷酸钙,收到了较好的社会经济效益。 A SINOPEC factory uses natural gas to make acetylene,which is concentrated and purified with N-methyl-pyrrolidone followed by purification with 98% H_2SO_4 to obtain high concentration acetylene gas,while the sulfuric acid is turned to w(H_2SO_4)=86%~87% spent sulfuric acid,which contains a number of organics and with a black colored pasty form and pungent acidic odor and a stinky smell,which has severe impact on the environment and imposes serious difficulties in the transportation and utilization.For utilization of such spent sulfuric acid,experimental research has been conducted through adsorption with active adsorbent to eliminate the stinky smell in the spent sulfuric acid.And the sulfuric acid is used in the production of super phosphate.Good social and economic benefits have been achieved.
