β_2肾上腺素受体遗传多态性研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 β2肾上腺素受体(β2-adrenergic receptor,β2-AR)对血管和支气管平滑肌的紧张性起着重要的调节作用,能介导心脏的正性变力和变时效应。近年来研究发现,人类β2-AR具有遗传多态性,而使受体表现出不同的生物学特性。本文主要对β2-AR的遗传多态性及遗传药理学的研究进展进行简要概述。
