激光共焦扫描显微镜中断层图像的混合增强处理

摘要 根据激光共焦扫描显微镜采集到的图像的特点,应用混合图像增强的方法,首先对激光共焦扫描显微镜采集到的显微图像进行自适应滤波,然后进行锐化,最后再进行局部直方图均衡处理可有效地突出细节信息,同时滤除噪声。 The laser confocal scanning microscopic (LCSM) system is one kind of modem microscopic instruments which is characterized by its depth discrimination capability. In this paper, the theories and methods of how to enhance the microscopic image based on the combining method is discussed. The experiment results show that the reconstructed images have high quality.
