摘要 以造纸黑液中提取的木质素为原料,通过Mannich反应使木质素胺化改性合成阳离子木素胺;用元素分析仪测定样品的含氮量;用一种全新的测定方法———醋酸纤维薄膜电泳试验测定木质素的改性率,测定结果直观、稳定、可靠,且与含氮量的测定一致.通过三因子二次回归正交设计安排试验,研究了木素的改性程度与三乙撑四胺量(X1)、甲醛量(X2)和温度(X3)三者之间的关系.以寻求得到影响含氮量和改性率的主要因素和最佳工艺条件.研究结果表明:影响改性率的主要因素是甲醛用量和温度;改性效果最好的样品,改性率可达90%以上,且表面活性明显增强,复配后可作优良的沥青乳化剂. The lignin from black liquor is modified through Mannich reaction to compound a kind of cationic surfactant-lignin amine. The nitrogen content of the sample is determined with the element analysis instrument. The modification rate of the sample is measured by the use of acetate fiber membrane electrophoresis. The result is simple, steady, credible, and in accordance with the result of N content measured. The experiment was performed by adopting three factors two powers regression orthogonal design. The several factors affecting the modification rate, including the temperature, the formaldehyde and the triethlenetetramine, were investigated, and the best technological condition was obtained. The result indicated that the influence is mainly from the temperature and the formaldehyde dosage, the sample has the best modification ratio( 〉90% ), and can be used for superior asphalt emulsion after compounded for its surfactivity obviously strengthened.
