摘要
考察了当前热点研究的制造系统新模式,针对敏捷制造环境开发了一种基于虚拟生产系统(VPSs)的制造资源组织模式.探讨了基于VPSs资源组织模式的理论思想,给出了基于VPSs的制造资源组织体系架构.研究了构建VPSs的方法和构建特定VPS的一般算法,并作为案例研究,讨论了在半导体封装制造系统中建立面向特定定单VPS的过程.最后,对VPSs方法的价值和未来研究方向做了简单说明.
The manufacturing systems' resource organization problem, modes and their corresponding characters were discussed and the performances of kinds of manufacturing resource organization modes were summarized. In particular, for an agile manufacturing environment, an advanced manufacturing resource organization framework named Virtual Production Systems (VPSs) was proposed. Theories, organizing framework and realization methods of this methodology were discussed. The developing algorithm of VPS was explored. A case study aiming at semiconductor assembling industry was researched to evaluate the developing process. At last, a simple abstract of this framework was given out, and its values were interpreted.
