Thickness Optimizing of Surface Coating for Laser Shock Processing

摘要 研究了激光冲击技术中的涂层厚度问题,激光与涂层相互作用机理和涂层本身性能之间的关系,推导出涂层的气化速度及最佳理论厚度,并对涂层厚度的影响因素进行了分析和修正,为在激光冲击中正确应用涂层厚度计算公式提供了依据。 The optimal thickness of the surface coating for laser shock processing was studied. The interaction mechanism between laser and coating, and its relation among coating properties were investigated;the gasification velocity and optimum thickness of the coating were obtained;the influence factors on thickness of the coating were analyzed and modified ; which provided a theory reference to correct quote the computational formula about the thickness optimizing of coating for the laser shock processing.
