摘要
病人的满意度评价是评价医疗机构和医务人员诊疗活动结果及诊疗服务质量的指标之一。作者旨在探讨病人满意度调查问卷的研制过程,阐述了研制调查问卷各步骤的关键内容,强调问卷指标选择的科学方法和流程。同时,辅以国内、外数种病人满意度调查问卷的介绍,分析和评价了各种问卷涵盖内容、语言表述、问题排列和信息收集方式的特点,并结合我国相关领域的发展现状和存在的主要问题,提出发展思路和建议。
Patient satisfaction evaluation is one of the indexes for assessing the service outcome and quality of medical institutions and medical workers. The paper discusses the process of developing patient satisfaction questionnaires, explains the key contents of each of the steps in the process, and highlights the scientific methods and flow for selecting the questionnaire indexes. It also gives an account of several kinds of patient satisfaction questionnaires that have been developed at home and abroad, analyzes the contents, language expression, list of questions, and data collection features of each of them, and puts forward ideas and suggestions for further development in light of the current situation of development and major problems in relevant fields in China.
