摘要 以玉米蛋白为原料酶解得到的酶解液具有降血压活性,为了得到高活性的降血压肽单体,本文采用了离子交换层析法、凝胶层析和RP-HPLC对酶解液进行了的分离纯化,得到了五个降血压多肽单体。 The solution produced by enzyme from corn protein has anti-hypertensive activity. To obtain high activity angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor peptides (ACEIP), the method of ion exchange chromatography, gel filtration chromatography and RP-HPLC were used to separate the solution. Five ACEIPs were obtained.
