摘要
本文以AlCl3O复合物作催化剂,采用环氧树脂和甲基二异氰酸酯反应合成了主链含少量三聚体的环氧封端聚口恶唑烷酮预聚物。通过正交试验及聚合反应动力学分析讨论了各种因素对反应的影响,获得了合成环氧封端聚口恶唑烷酮预聚物较适宜的反应条件。
In this paper, when catalyst is AlCl 3 O ,a little trimer of isocyanate in main chain structure of epoxide terminated polyoxazolidones prepolymer may be prepared from epoxy resin and isocyanate. Through orthogonal expemmental study and dynamic study, the effect of the several factors on reaction are discussed and the favorable reaction conditions to prepare epoxy terminated polyoxazolidones prepolymer are found. The prepolymer are characterized by IR and viscosity.
