摘要
目的了解太极拳运动对老年人平衡功能的影响。方法采用现场问卷法,对长桥街道89名社区老年人进行平衡功能测试,并比较经6月太极拳锻炼前后的平衡功能。结果经Logistic回归发现:长期坚持太极拳运动可改善平衡功能。并发现经6月太极拳锻炼后,平衡功能明显改善(P<0.01)。结论加强体育锻炼,开展有规律的太极拳运动,是改善老年人平衡功能的重要措施。
Objective To learn about the effects of Taiji exercise on improving the elderly people' s balance function. Methods On-the-spot survey with questionnaires was performed to 89 elderly people at Changqiao residential area; Their individual balance function was determined. A comparison was made between before and 6 months after the 89 elderly people taking traditional Chinese exercise Taiji. Results By Logistic regression analysis, long term Taiji exercise helped improve the balance function of the elderly. Their balance function had improved obviously after 6 months' Taiji exercise (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions It is an important method to improve elderly people's balance function to carry out regular Taiji exercise.
