摘要
以废次茶粉末为原料,对茶红色素的提取、浓缩、干燥等工艺条件进行了研究筛选,确定了适宜的茶红色素制备工艺及最佳的反应pH值、温度、时间等。此外,对茶红色素进行了安全性研究,实验表明茶红色素对人体是安全的。
Using waste tea powder as material, the tea red pigment preparation techniques was studied, such as ex traction, concentration, dryetc. The appropriate preparation technique and the best PH temperature time. Were found. In addition, The safety of Tea Red Pigment was studied. The results show that Tea Red Pigment is safe for human body.
