浅谈人本主义理论在中医科临床教学中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨改进教学方法对提高中医科临床教学质量的意义。方法对2000级32名中医科实习护生运用以人本主义理论为基础的教学尝试,根据护生的兴趣指定学习内容、专家讲座、个人观摩等步骤组织教学全过程。结果改进教学方法后,护生中医操作优良率为93.75%,理论考试优良率为90.63%,综合评价优良率为93.75%,与1999级护生相比均有不同程度的提高。结论以人本主义理论为基础的教学方法极大地调动了护生学习中医理论及中医操作的主观能动性,增强了护生对所学中医知识的理解和记忆,提高了护生在中医科的实习质量。 Objective To explore the significance of the modified teaching method in improving the quality of clinical teaching in the department of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods 32 nursing students from Grade 2000 were taught with the modified teaching methods based on person - centered theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine department. The learning contents, specialist lectures,individual practice were put forward by nursing students based on their own interest and were implemented during the whole process of clinical teaching. Results After the practice of modified teaching methods ,the excellent rate of operational test,theoretical examination and comprehensive evaluation achieved to 93.75% ,90.63% and 93.75% respectively. Compared with Grade 1999,there was significant improvement. Conclusion The modified teaching method based on person - centered theory motivated students' learning enthusiasm for the theoretical knowledge and techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine, strengthened their comprehension and mastery of the knowledge,and improved the quality of clinical teaching in the department of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
