摘要
建立了以日前市场中的购电费用最低为目标函数的优化制定机组合同交易电量日出力计划的数学模型,在其目标函数中把市场各时段边际价格描述成为该时段竞价空间的函数,因此体现了竞价空间对边际价格的影响,从而保证了求解结果的合理性和最优性。分析表明,利用文中方法制定合同交易电量出力计划可以有效地平抑日前市场价格波动,维护日前市场稳定。仿真结果验证了文中方法的有效性。
The authors establish a mathematical model of optimally drafting the generation scheduling of units' contract volumes, in which the minimum purchasing cost is the objective function, is proposed. In this objective function the MCPs in each time interval are described as the function of competitive bidding volume, so the influence of competitive bidding volume on MCP is reflected, thus the reasonability and optimality of the schedule can be ensured. Analysis results indicate that using the proposed model the fluctuation of MCP in day-ahead market can be effectively restrained and the stability of day-ahead market is upheld. Numerical results show that the proposed model is effective.
