Study on Synthesis of (trans-4-bromo-3-methyl-2-butenyl) oxymethyl benzene

目的:合成Trans-3—甲基—4—溴—2—丁烯基苄基醚。方法:以3-甲基-2-丁烯基-1-醇为起始原料,经三步反应制得目标化合物。结果与结论:各步中间体结构经核磁共振谱、质谱确证,总收率为61.6%,探索出一条新的合成路线。

Objective ： To prepare （trans - 4 - bromo - 3 - methyl - 2 - butenyl） oxymethyl benzene. Methods ： The target compound was synthesized by three steps with （3 - methyl - 2 - butenyl）oxymethyl benzene. Results and Conclusions： A new sysnthesis round was explored . the desired product was obtained in over all yield of 61.6 %and its structure was confirmed by 1H - NMR and MS.
