摘要
目的:合成Trans-3—甲基—4—溴—2—丁烯基苄基醚。方法:以3-甲基-2-丁烯基-1-醇为起始原料,经三步反应制得目标化合物。结果与结论:各步中间体结构经核磁共振谱、质谱确证,总收率为61.6%,探索出一条新的合成路线。
Objective : To prepare (trans - 4 - bromo - 3 - methyl - 2 - butenyl) oxymethyl benzene. Methods : The target compound was synthesized by three steps with (3 - methyl - 2 - butenyl)oxymethyl benzene. Results and Conclusions: A new sysnthesis round was explored . the desired product was obtained in over all yield of 61.6 %and its structure was confirmed by 1H - NMR and MS.
