摘要
采用正交试验方法,以提取物得率为考察指标,对石榴皮总黄酮提取方法的影响因素进行探讨,并对石榴皮总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,石榴皮总黄酮最佳的提取条件为乙醇浓度70%,提取温度80℃,提取时间3h,料液比1∶20,此时黄酮得率为7.525%。
An orthogonal test table L9(43) was used with the factors of extracting time, temperature, ethanol concentration and the ratio of solid to liquid. The content of total flavones was determined by speetrophotometry. The optimum technique was: 70 % ETOH as extracting solvent; temperature was 80℃; time was 3 h and stock ratio was 1:20.
