摘要
利用等离子喷涂技术在工件表面制备抗高温氧化涂层,能显著提高工件的抗氧化性能。综述了目前国内外抗高温氧化涂层和热障涂层的研究现状。详细介绍了金属间化合物和MCrA lY两种耐高温抗氧化涂层的组织性能及其抗氧化原理。阐述了影响热障涂层性能的3种主要因素,分析了热障涂层由于热生长氧化层(TGO)的存在而引起的失效机制。指出了等离子喷涂制备耐高温抗氧化涂层存在的主要问题,并提出了几种解决思路,展望了等离子喷涂制备抗氧化涂层的应用前景。
Oxidation resistance coatings prepared by plasma spraying process on the surface of workpiece can improve oxidation resistance. The study of oxidation resistance coatings and thermal resistance coatings was overviewed. The organizational characters and properties of oxidation resistance coatings of intermetallics and MCrA1Y, and oxidation resistance principle of them by plasma spraying process were reviewed. Three influencing factors of thermal resistance coatings were emphasized. Failure mechanism related to TGO of thermal coatings was analyzed. The existing problems of oxidation resistance coatings were proposed and the solutions of these problems were suggested. In addition, the application prospects of oxidation resistance coatings were discussed.
