我国甲级男排运动员对教练员领导行为满意度的调查研究

Survey on Satisfaction Extent of Male Volleyball Athletes of Class A in China on the Administration Behaviors of their Coaches

采用LSS量表对参加2002年昆明海埂训练基地集训的全国优秀男子排球队运动员进行了问卷测试,以深入研究排球教练员的领导行为现状,分析与揭示我国甲级男排运动员期望的教练员领导行为与实际领导行为之差距,进而了解不同特征运动员对教练员领导行为的满意程度,为逐步改进与提高我国排球教练员的训练科学管理水平提供了参考依据。

Adopted the test of LSS, this study conducted a questionnaire investigation among the national and outstanding man volleyball athletes who were training at Haige Training Base in Kunming in 2002, in order to explore the current situation of administration behaviors of volleyball coaches. This study analyzed and explored the gap existing between the administration behaviors that athletes anticipated and the practical administration behaviors. Furthermore, this study explored the extent that the athletes with different feature satisfied with their coaches, in order to provide references for improving the scientific training level of Chinese volleyball coaches.
