摘要
分析北京协和医院医师队伍现状,存在学科带头人年龄老化,学科梯队中间断层以及学科梯队后继乏人等问题。为克服这些问题,造就跨世纪医学人才,提出改革临床研究生培养制度,保证住院医师的培训;不拘一格引进人才,欢迎有志者学成回国工作;注重学科带头人的培养,形成合理梯队;学习t国外的有益经验,改进我们的医师培养模式等建议。同时,还对跨世纪人才的概念和在培养人才的过程中应注意处理好大胆提拔与精心培养,技术培训与思想意识教育等几个关系作了阐述。
From an analysis of the current status of the contingent of doctors in the Union Hospi- tal,problems such as the aging of departmental ranking specialists,the vacancies of positions caused by the retirement of the aged,and the lack of candidates to fill the vacancies present themselves.To over- come those problems so as to bring up cross-century specialists,the author suggests reforming the post- graduate training program so that an uninterrupyed supply of new resident doctors is insured,taking on doctors in spite of the fixed employment pattern,welcoming the conscientious graduates to return from foreign countries,playing up the development of departmental leading specialists so as to form a normal echelon of medical personnel,learning useful experiences from abroad,and improving the training model of medical specialists.In the meantime,such relationships as bold promotion vs.painstaking education and urofessional training vs.ideological orientation that should be well handled are expounded.
