股骨头缺血性坏死(AVNFH)非手术治疗一般疗效比较差,手术是遏制AVNFH进程和防止塌陷的基本方法和前提,如何选择最佳的手术方法是治疗ANFH的关键。髓芯减压术(coredecompression)作为治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的一种方法已有30余年的历史,对其疗效有一定的争议。以下对其原理、手术效果和发展前景简要综述。

The nonoperative management for avascluarnecrosis of femoral head（ANFH） was not satisfactory. The operative management was the basic approach to slow down the development of ANFH, and to avoid the sink of femoral head. The choice of operation approach was the key point of the treatment of ANFH. The history of Core decompression in treatment of ANFH has been thirty years, but there are still some dispute about its curative effect. The article tried to summarize its principle, operation effect and developing future.
