详细介绍了贝克休斯公司APX随钻声波测井仪、哈里伯顿公司CLSS随钻声波测井仪、斯伦贝谢公司新一代随钻声波测井仪sonicVISION的工作原理、技术优势及应用实例。重点介绍了APX随钻声波测井仪为声学仪器优化配置而设计的计算机模型(FEA)、与典型LWD仪器等单向有线测井仪不同的全向发射器、以实现径向多极子声源激发的6×4全向接收器阵列、具有多频调节功能的隔声带、有助于提高仪器信噪比的信号源、用于噪声探测的加速度计和用于不同地层不同测量模式的四极子波技术等。较全面地分析了三大公司最新研制的随钻声波测井仪器的技术性能和应用情况,为国内开展同类技术研究及仪器的研制,提供了可借鉴的资料,并建议我国应该研发具有自主知识产权的随钻声波测井仪器。
This paper introduces in detail working principles, technical advantages, and case studies of Baker Hughes INTEQ's Acoustic Properties Explorer (APX) tool, Halliburton's Compensated Long-Spaced Sonic (CLSS) tool and Schlumberger's new generation sonic-while-drilling tool, sonicVISION. As emphasized integrate, this paper fully describes the components of APX tool such as high functional software and hardware for acoustic apparatus, omni-directional programmable acoustic source which is different from traditional LWD tools and other wireline tools, 6 × 4 omni-directional receiver array, which could perform mutipole acoustic coverage of the borehole, extended isolator with function of multiple frequences modulation, coupling between source and collar which enhances S/N (signal-to-noise), accelerators for noise detected and unique quadruple technology which could be used in different formation and different measurement mode etc. The paper also completely analyses performances and applications of the newly developed tools by the three major companies, and proposes suggestions for independently developing similar tools in China, offering referential information for R&D activities at home.
