龙眼果实发育过程中内源多胺含量的变化 被引量:7

Changes in Endogenous Polyamine Contents During Fruit Development of Longan (Dimocarpus Longan Lour.)

摘要 在龙眼果实发育早期(花后5d),幼果中腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)含量较高,随着果实发育而下降。假种皮开始发育时(花后45d)腐胺、亚精胺含量较高,随后下降。3种游离多胺中,以腐胺含量最高,亚精胺次之,精胺(Spm)含量最低。在果实迅速膨大期,假种皮内游离的腐胺、亚精胺、精胺含量迅速上升,并处在较高的水平。在果皮和种子的快速生长阶段多胺含量亦快速上升。 At the early stage of longan fruit growth t5 days after anthesis) the contents of putrescine (Put) and spermidine (Spd) were rather higher in young fruit but decreased with the fruit development. When the aril began to develop (45 days after anthesis), the contents of putrescine and spermidine were higher and they decreased with its development. Among the three polyamines, the content of putrescine was the highest, followed by spermindine, and spermine (Spm) was the lowest. At the stage of rapid cell expansion of longan fruit, the contents of free putrescine, sperdimine and spermine in aril rose rapidly, and maintained at a high level. At the fast growing phase of peel and seed, the changes in contents of polyamines were the same as those in aril.
