摘要
在讨论电容传感器原理的基础上,提出了一种在700℃的高温环境下实现在线检测金属熔融液位的电容传感器测量系统。其特点是:利用氟金云母微晶玻璃和铟钢加工新型传感器测头;以熔融金属液面作为固定极板;采用循环水冷却增加其在高温环境中的工作寿命;改进驱动电缆技术提高测量信号的稳定性;利用单片机对检测系统进行非线性补偿。实现对熔融金属液面高度在线测量的精度达到0.1mm,测量范围为1~15mm。
Based upon the principle of a capacitance sensor, a new capacitance sensor have been summarized that realizes on-line measurement under 700℃ high temperature environment. Ceramic is used for the insulation material between the three electrodes of the capacitance sensor is put forward. Molten surface is taken the fixed electrodes; Cooling-jacket is used to protract sensors working life in high temperature environment. To improve the stability of measurement signals by means of the development of driving cable technique. A non-linear compensation is applied to the capacitance sensor system. Dynamic measurernont accuracy is better than 0. 1 mm within the 1-15 mm effective range above the molten tin surface.
