中压开关柜在线监测系统中双总线结构通讯单元的设计

摘要 研制了一套开关柜在线监测系统,重点介绍此系统中通讯单元的设计。通讯作为沟通设备层开关柜在线监测装置(下位机)和管理主机(上位机)的桥梁起着重要作用。为了达到有效进行分布式监测的目的并且综合考虑装置成本、实现难易程度、开发周期等因素,提出采用485总线和CAN总线相结合的双总线的通讯方案,CAN总线完成故障数据的主动上传从而保证其实时性,而RS-485总线负责传送上位机请求数据,保证了通讯的高效性和实时性。 An on-line monitoring system for switchgear is developed, and the communication unit is mainly introduced. As a connection between on-line monitor and managed computer, communication plays an important role in the system. In order to monitor distributedly, considering the device cost, realizing complexity and development period, the dual-field-bus (485 field-bus and CAN field-bus) is adopted as the communication scheme. The failure data is uploaded by CAN field-bus, and the request data is transmitted by RS-485 field-bus. It proved that the communication unit to be efficient and real-time.
