摘要
分别对甘肃紫斑牡丹(Paeoniarockii)品种和中原牡丹(Paeoniasuffrulicosa)品种进行了核型、Ag带和GiemsaC带的研究。发现紫斑牡丹品种核型组成为2n=10=8m+2st;中原牡丹品种核型组成为2n=10=6m+2sm+2st。GiemsaC带带型显示,供试品种均能显示染色体端带,但在染色体端带的数目及分市位置上具品种特异性。银染结果表明,供试品种所有染色体均具着丝粒带,大部分染色体具银集端带,并且银染端带的分布及数目与C带基本一致。但在Ag-NORs的确定及其分布位置上,我们的观察结果与以往有关的报道不同。
The karyotypes, Ag-banding and C-banding of varieties of Paeonia rockii and Paeo- nia suffruticosa have been studied in present paper. It was found that the karyotypical formulae of P. rockii variety is 2n=10=8m+2st, and that of the P. suffruticosa vari-ety is 2n=10=6m+ 2sm + 2st. There appeared terminal C-bands in all materials, but these are differences in number and distribution of C-bands between varieties. The re-sult of Ag-staining shows that the metaphases of the two varieties existed Ag-banding at centromeres on all the chromosomes and at telomeres on quite a few chromosomes. The patterns of Ag-bands were compared with those of C-bands, and found that the numbersand location of Ag-staining telomere bands and terminal C-bands of chromosomes are on the whole the same. But the result in this paper is different from that of the previous re-ports in the determination and number of Ag-NORs.
