摘要
以ModbusTCP/IP通信报文数据封装过程和实时控制中对工业控制网络通信的时间限制为基础,分析进行网络通信效率优化的可能性和必要性,建立其数据组块的抽象模型.针对控制网络中客户端和服务器的不同应用,提出了面向系统设计者的静态主动优化方法,提高了控制系统通信效率.
In this paper, based on the study of the data encapsulation process of Modbus TCP/IP communication message and the real time control time limit of industry control network, the possibility and necessity of network communication optimization are analyzed in details. Meanwhile, the abstract model of data backing is established. For the different applications between Client and Server in control network, the static active optimization method, which is designer-oriented, is presented to improve the communication efficiency of control system.
