摘要
基于数字内容产业提供的产品是知识产品、数字内容组织的管理主要是对知识的管理,文章创造性地提出运用知识管理的思想和工具来管理和改进数字内容产业。从商业信息网站的知识管理探讨开始,深入分析了知识管理在数字内容产品生产中的应用,并就如何建设适应知识管理的基础环境提出四点建议。
Based on the thinking that the products provided by digital content industry are knowledge products, and the management of digital content organization is the management of knowledge, this article brings forward using the ideology and tools of knowledge management to manage and improve the digital content industry in a creative way. Begin with the discussion of KM in business information websites, this paper then deeply analyses the application of KM in the production of digital content products, and finally gives four suggestions on how to construct the basic circumstance suited for KM.
