摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定阔草清中间体N-(2,6-二氟苯基)-5-氨基.1,2,4-三唑-3-磺酰胺的含量。用0.01mol NaOH溶液溶解样品,在221nm处测定样品的吸光度,外标法确定组分含量。结果表明,阔草清中间体在0.0038~0.0383mg·mL^-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997。该方法设备简单、灵敏、准确,可用于阔草清中间体含量的测定。
A UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of flumetsularn intermediate, N-(2,6-difluo- rophenyl)-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-Sulfonamide,was set up. The sample was dissolved by 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide, and determined at 221nm to obtain its content. The calibration curve of flumetsulam was linear(r= 0. 9997) over the range of 0. 0038-0. 0383 mg·mL^- 1.
