机载PD雷达低噪声接收机电源的设计

摘要 介绍了某机载PD雷达接收机低噪声电源的设计方案,该方案以运放F741以及PNP功率管为核心,设计了一套PD雷达接收机电源系统。该电源利用PNP管饱和压降小,运放增益大和扰动补偿的特点,使接收机电源系统的各项指标得到提高,保证了接收机的频谱。实际使用的结果证明了系统的有效性。最后给出了5 V/3 A电源实测的结果。 A low noise power supply designed for airborne radar receiver is introduced in this paper. Based on operational amplifier F741 and PNP power transistor,the author designed a PD Radar Receiver Power Supple System. It makes use of the lower voltage drop of PNP power transistor, higher gain of operational amplifier and the interference compensation . This system makes the performance of the receiver much better. These ways and means improve the frequency spectrum of the receiver. The efficiency is verified by the actual result. The experimental results about a 5 V/3 A power supply are given.
